Dear Future Wife™: I love your strength.

I love your independence. I honor your journey and accomplishments. You’ve done so much without the help of a man.

You go girl!

I see and marvel at how strong you are and at what you’ve become.

I just need you to understand that I’m the man. I’m your man and you can’t always walk bedside me. Sometimes you NEED to get behind me. I say this because I want and need to protect you from what’s in front of us. Allow me to be your armor.

Don’t confuse the word “role” with “rule”, they are different. You’re still a strong woman, now you just have me as a force field.

Sometimes I NEED to walk behind you because you are stronger than me in an area.  I am okay with that.  I love your strength.  When this happens, I am still a man!  More importantly, I am your man!

We will find balance during our creation process.  Your strength will cover my weakness.  My strength will cover your weakness.  The plan is to cover each other.

We walk side by side at times and one in front of the other at times.  The position may change but together, we will remain.

I love your Strength.

You ready? Let’s go get em!
